Exchange/Return Policy

Each piece we craft is made with care, and we hope you absolutely love your purchase.
Since imitation jewellery is delicate and often made for personal use, our return and exchange policy is designed to ensure fairness, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
1. Eligibility for Exchange / Return
We accept exchange or return requests only in the following cases:
✅ The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
✅ You raise the request within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@miswah.in.
✅ The jewellery is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging (with tags, boxes, or pouches intact).
Please note: Slight differences in color, shine, or design may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen display — such variations are not considered defects.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene, material sensitivity, and customization, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Earrings, ear cuffs, or ear chains

Nose pins or nose rings

Hair accessories
-
Customized or made-to-order pieces

Items bought during sale, discount, or clearance offers
All these products go through strict quality checks before dispatch and are packed carefully to avoid damage in transit.
3. Exchange / Return Process
If your product qualifies for return or exchange:

Email us at support@miswah.in within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Include your order number, clear unboxing video or images of the damaged/incorrect item, and a short description of the issue.

Once approved, our support team will share pickup or self-ship instructions.

For eligible pin codes, a pickup will be arranged.

In other areas, you may need to self-ship the product using a reliable courier service.

After we receive and inspect the returned product:

If approved, we will send a replacement, issue a store credit, or refund the amount as applicable.

4. Refund Details

Refunds are initiated only after the returned product passes our quality inspection.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days from approval.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during purchase.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued as store credit or via UPI/bank transfer.

Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
If you received the wrong design or a defective piece, we’ll happily exchange it.
Conditions:

Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Product must be unused and in original condition.

Exchanges depend on product availability — if unavailable, we’ll offer store credit or refund.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
All our jewellery is packed with care using bubble wrap and sturdy boxes.
If your order arrives damaged, tampered, or incomplete:

Record an unboxing video (mandatory for claims).

Email the video and pictures to support@miswah.in within 48 hours of receiving the package.
Our team will review your claim and arrange a suitable resolution.
7. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement, provided they haven’t been dispatched.

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
To cancel, email support@miswah.in with your order number and reason for cancellation.
8. Important Notes for Imitation Jewellery

Imitation jewellery is delicate — handle with care.

Exposure to water, perfumes, or chemicals can cause fading or tarnish over time.

Such changes are not considered defects and are not covered under return/exchange.

Always store your jewellery in a dry place, preferably in the box provided.
