Welcome to Miswah! We’re delighted that you’ve chosen us for your jewellery shopping. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver your orders placed through our website https://miswah.in.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

  • If we experience a high volume of orders or face stock issues, processing times may be slightly delayed. In such cases, we’ll notify you via email or WhatsApp.


2. Shipping Partners & Delivery Time

We ship across India using trusted courier partners such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, and India Post.

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Other Cities / Towns: 4–7 business days

  • Remote or Rural Areas: 7–10 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999 (within India).

  • For orders below ₹999, a standard shipping charge of ₹60–₹100 may apply (visible at checkout).

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include an additional handling fee.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking number and courier details.
You can track your package using the link provided or directly through our website’s “Track Order” section.

If you haven’t received tracking details within 3 days of placing your order, please contact us at support@miswah.in.


5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure that your shipping details (name, address, pin code, and contact number) are entered correctly at checkout.

  • Miswah will not be responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If an order is returned to us because of such issues, the reshipping cost will be borne by the customer.


6. Damaged or Lost Packages

We take utmost care in packaging and shipping your jewellery safely. However:

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos or videos at support@miswah.in.

  • If your package is lost in transit, we will coordinate with the courier company and issue a replacement or refund once the claim is verified.


7. International Shipping

Currently, Miswah ships only within India.
We’re working on expanding to international destinations soon — stay tuned for updates!


8. Delayed Deliveries

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays can occur due to:

  • Courier partner issues

  • Weather disruptions

  • Public holidays or strikes

  • Remote delivery locations
